PLC is missional
through resourcing and equipping leaders
in the churches of Mennonite Church Saskatchewan.

We do this
through planned events
such as pastors' meetings,
deacons' workshop,
Bible conference,
and a seminary class.

We also resource and equip leaders
through building relationships and accountability between pastors.

We provide mentors to new pastors,
organise pastor-peer groups
and pastor/spouse retreats.

We have entry and exit interviews
with pastors in transition
and interviews with those seeking credentials in Mennonite Church Saskatchewan.

Personal contact with pastors and churches is a high priority of our area church minister, Jeremiah Buhler.

We also equip our churches
through gathering resources and distributing policies that encourage churches
to work at healthy dialogue and relationships.

We have also done some work
at providing trained people and resources
to help churches and congregations work at evaluations. We also work with churches
that are in leadership transitions.
