Strengthening the Pastor Congregation Relationship

Is the pastor an employee?  How does a congregation deal with part-time, bi-vocational, or lay ministers?  What are some practical tools congregations and pastors can use to enhance the pastor-congregation relationship?

These are some areas that we plan to address at this year’s Pastors’ & Leaders’ Day at ADS. In addition to pastors and leaders, we are also inviting congregational board/council members to attend this year and engage in the discussions.  Marilyn Rudy-Froese, Congregation Leadership Minister for MCEC and D.Min candidate, will lead us.

You are welcome to bring your own “bag lunch” at noon.  The workshop will begin at 1:00.  Friday supper will be provided for those who attend.  Please register below on the general ADS registration page.
